Delivery & Returns
Clear UAE delivery and a simple returns window, with no hidden surprises.
UAE delivery
Standard UAE delivery costs AED 15.00 and is expected within 1–3 days, with the available date selected at checkout. Orders of AED 100 or more qualify for free UAE delivery.
Returns
Eligible unworn items may be returned within 14 days, with original tags and packaging. Request within 14 days after delivery or collection from your secure order link or Account → Orders, with a reason and photo/video. The first request per order is free; each second or subsequent request is AED 15, paid after approval before the return proceeds. The same original 14-day window applies. Each submission is final: include all items, quantities, reasons and evidence before submitting. Later additions require a new request and the applicable fee. Existing submitted requests keep their recorded fees. Contact FIZZI for help with faulty, incorrect or misdescribed goods; mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
