Where do you deliver?
FIZZI delivers across the UAE. Pickup is also available in Ajman. We confirm the pickup point and collection instructions with your order.
How can I pay?
You can pay securely in full by card. Eligible orders can pay 25% in advance and settle the balance on delivery or collection. Email-verified COD (cash on delivery) is available for delivery orders only. Payment options shown at checkout are the currently available options.
Is cash on delivery available?
Yes. Email-verified cash on delivery is available for home delivery orders with an additional AED 10.00 handling fee. It is not available for pickup orders.
How much does delivery cost?
Standard UAE delivery is AED 15.00, or free from AED 100. Final charges appear before payment.
How do I track an order?
Use the secure order link provided after checkout or sign in and open Account → Orders. Contact our team if you cannot access your order.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Eligible unworn items can be returned within 14 days with original tags. Visit Delivery & Returns for the current request process, return fees and consumer-rights information. Contact support to check the available size or replacement options before requesting an exchange.
Can I order as a gift?
You can place an order for another recipient by providing the correct delivery details at checkout. Please contact support before ordering if you need special arrangements; gift wrapping is not currently guaranteed.
