Updated 10 October 2026. FIZZI Fashion is operated by BIZIBOX ENTERPRISES FZC LLC. We collect only information needed to run our online store, fulfil purchases, support customers and — where permission is given — measure and improve our service.
What we collect
Account and contact details, order and delivery information, payment status, support conversations, website interactions and optional marketing preferences. When parents provide information about a child's size or preferences, we use it only to assist their shopping experience. Children should not submit personal details directly.
Why we use it
We use customer data for checkout, order fulfilment, collection and delivery, customer support, security and fraud prevention, accounting, returns and legally required records. Optional analytics and marketing operate according to the choices offered on the website.
Service providers
Stripe handles card payments; FIZZI does not store full card numbers. Supabase hosts our application database; Vercel delivers the website; Sentry processes diagnostic error data; Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and Meta measurement tools may receive usage data only according to applicable consent choices. Microsoft Clarity creates heatmaps and masked visual replays of consenting visitors browsing our public storefront and shopping bag. It records clicks, taps, scrolls and public product interactions to help us identify shopping problems. Checkout, private account and order pages, admin pages and child-photo uploads are excluded from replay. Form inputs are masked and we do not send names, email addresses, order identifiers or child details as Clarity tags. Clarity data may be processed by Microsoft outside the UAE. You can stop future recordings through Privacy choices. Microsoft keeps ordinary recordings for 30 days; selected or favourite recordings may be retained for up to nine months. Delivery details are shared with the courier assigned to the order. Contact us for the name of the courier used for a particular delivery.
Cookies and privacy choices
Essential storage supports the bag, authentication, checkout and security. Optional analytics and marketing technologies are controlled through the Privacy choices link in our footer, where you can update or withdraw permission. Blocking optional cookies does not prevent you from browsing or buying.
Retention and deletion
We retain order, accounting and dispute records for the periods required by applicable law and legitimate business needs; support and analytics data are reviewed against operational necessity. Retention varies by record type and legal obligation, so we do not promise one universal deletion deadline. You may request access, correction or deletion; some records cannot be erased immediately where retention is legally required. See Data Deletion Instructions for how to submit a request.
UAE privacy rights and transfers
We handle personal data in accordance with applicable UAE personal-data-protection requirements, including Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 (UAE PDPL) where applicable. Technology and payment service providers may process information outside the UAE subject to applicable legal protections and provider arrangements.
